yeah, no problem. Out of town for work myself. will have it for you in a couple of days !
Thanks for the update on the Legion Template. I already fixed it on my end, Just wanted to make sure you guys were aware of it.
Thanks for the info External Static Routes on the portal boxes.
Custom Bars, When editing them all the old info is still present. I was not looking forward to having to re-enter the info, but I will try re-entering the info and see if that makes any difference. What is strange however is that I have the Module embedded in an external page, and the info is displayed there.
So I just created a test system for use with EQDKP 2.3 RC4
I made an exact copy of my current site currently using 2.2.18
then upgraded the copy of my site to EQKP 2.3 RC4
While Upgrading all Plugins, Templates, and Modules
I noticed that it Kept prompting me to upgrade the Legion Template to 0.3.1
I even tried to manually upgrade the Template
That's when I noticed that the package.xml and update.xml still had the version set to 0.3.0
after correcting this It no longer prompts to upgrade the Template.
I have run into some issues with "Custom Bars module No Longer Functioning
And also Portal modules no longer appear on left and right side of the page while in My PHPBB forums or Other Custom HTML pages.
This happens regardless of which Template I use.
I have attached Screen shots of the Custom Bars and Portal Modules Blocks working on my 2.2.18 site as well as the non functioning 2.3 RC4

This is an Issue again after Updating to Version 2.2.18 (I had previously Elected not to Upgrade to 2.2.17)
Nice, i will check it out.
I must have broke something while troubleshooting this issue, because now i can't Insert content (Like Next Events) in Mass Emails.
No Error's just does not do anything when you hit the insert button after selecting the content you want to insert.
I think it just gets confusing for the users due to using the PHPBB Bridge. they don't realize that some settings have to be set in two places regardless of changes made.
will have to educate members going forward to check and save settings regardless of changes made.
is it possible to add a user profile save functionality to the array in the User Management panel to confirm User settings, essentially doing the same thing ?
Actually that fixed it, that wasn't an issue in 2.2
will have to do that with all the users.
I have no issue sending mass mails from PHPBB which is using the same SMTP Settings
I use the same setting on another EQDKP Site without issue, the only difference is that
site is on EQDKP-Plus 2.2
yeah it was blank/Grey as you will see in the attached pictures.
and this is what was in the actual log File from data/tmp :

I do see some errors, not sure if its related to this issue, But my log is littered with the following error:

I do not see this error on My other EQDKP Site for SWTOR and that is a lot more active.
If the SMTP settings where incorrect then it wouldn't send to anyone.
I did verify SMTP settings anyway and they are good.
I enabled DEBUG 3 and sent another email with the same results
The members I am unable to send Emails to are also the members in the
user_list.png image I attached Previously that have no Send Mail under
the email address column
I checked the logs in EQDKP and Also in DATA/TMP/Mail.log
No Errors present.
I noticed something weird today when trying to send a Mass Mail.
The Mail is only going to some recipients and not all users that were selected
I have checked their profile settings and verified that the "Disable email reception for board-mails" is set to off
they have a valid email address listed and verified
Verified member group settings.
I have included Several screen shots of the issue, using member Alekka as an example.

I've actually been talking back and forth with Darkgrue the creator of the Dragonfly CMS Version of Rostermaster (and currently the only version maintained) and he has a new release with several feature enhancements coming out shorty, so I am awaiting on that to continue the project.
sorry I haven't replied. Been quite busy with work and family. Take your time worki bhai on this. I am going to continue worki bhai on this as well, need to the practice, it's been a really long time since I did anything tangible in php.
